Grain-free crackers

I always want something quick to eat thats crunchy. These crackers are perfect for that! They are easy and quick to make and you can customize the flavor. The recipe that I found just used sea salt and pepper but I added some Italian seasoning and they were delish!

The recipe came from Elana’s Pantry

Ingredients:
2 cups blanched almond flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
(The salt and pepper is totally optional. This is where you can get creative and add something crazy. Maybe chipotle pepper? I used Italian herb season with the salt and pepper and they turned out great)
Parchment paper
Cookie sheet
Roller pin or something like it
Pizza cutter or large knife

Instructions
Turn on your oven to 350

In a bowl or food processor, whichever you like to use, add all ingredients and blend until it forms a dough

Place your dough in between two sheets of parchment paper and roll the dough out to 1/16 inches thick

Remove top layer of parchment paper

Use a pizza cutter or chefs knife to cut the crackers in the shape you want. I just made boring rectangles.

Slide your sheet of dough onto a cookie sheet and place into oven

Set timer for 12-14 mins

Let cool and enjoy
