Paleo Fruit Crisp


1/4 c raisins

1/3 c almond meal

cinnamon and nutmeg

1 t coconut oil

1/3 c slivered toasted almonds

Pulse raisins, almond meal, cinnamon and nutmeg in food processor. Add 1 coconut oil and pulse again. Finally, add slivered toasted almonds and pulse again.  Dice 3-4 peaches (with skins) and divide into cups in a muffin pan. I also used cherries. Try it with your favorite fruit!

Sprinkle mixture on top and make a couple of squiggles of honey on top, if you like.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins.
