Almond Flour Biscuits

1 Cup almond flour (I used Trader Joe’s almond meal)

3 T coconut four

1/4 t sea salt

1 t baking powder

1/2 C coconut oil (or ghee)

2 eggs

*opt. 1/4 t garlic powder (I love garlic)

You will need a fork, tablespoon, medium and small mixing bowls and cookie sheet.

Preheat oven to 400

Using your fork to mix your ingredients, add flours, baking powder, salt (and garlic powder if you want) to a medium mixing bowl.

Add coconut oil (or ghee) a little at a time making the batter look like crumbs. Mix eggs in small bowl then add to medium bowl.

Once you have your batter ready use the tablespoon to scoop heaping spoonfuls of the dough onto your cookie sheet. No need to make them perfectly round. They come out better if they are messy. Space them about and inch apart.

Cook for 12-15 mins
