Eat More Carrots


In an effort to be more of a resource, I’ve decided to start creating infographics to go along with the fruit, vegetable, meat, etc. that I will be using in my recipes. It will, most of the time, be something that is in season and hopefully I can provide some random facts you never knew. I am calling this the “Eat More” series. My first: carrots. I absolutely despise cooked carrots and am often not a big fan of raw carrots either. When they are in cakes or cheesecakes, I approve. I’ll post a couple of recipes I’ve tried in the next few days, but first, here are some random facts about my new found friend, the carrot.
