Chicken with Mustard Mascarpone Marsala


This dish is actually a pasta dish from Giada (what can I say – I love her!) that is GREAT without the pasta. The sauce is creamy, delicious and decadent and offers a new twist to your everyday chicken dishes. It’s great as a “special occasion” meal or if you just want to try new flavors! The sauce is delicious as is, but can also be lightened up by taking out the Mascarpone. I actually halved what she said to use and it was just as good. Instead of the pasta, I served mine with the Garlickly Summer Squash Fritters – delicious! Hope you enjoy!
